This policy explains how Appinica Limited ("Appinica", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit appinica.com or contact us. Our apps, such as Just Lock In, have their own privacy policies, which are published on their respective websites.

Who we are

Appinica Limited is registered in Scotland (company number SC561489). Our registered office is First Floor, 4 Earls Court, Earls Gate Business Park, Grangemouth, FK3 8ZE. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can contact us at hello@appinica.com.

What we collect

When you browse this website: we don't use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.

When you email us: we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message. We use this only to reply to you and, if we work together, to manage that relationship.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you. Where we enter into a contract with you, we process data as necessary to perform that contract.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to two years. Client records are kept for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes, typically six years.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. It is only shared with service providers that help us run our business, such as email and hosting providers, and only under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can also object to or restrict how we process it.
